No. MAXL Triphene is a long-lasting synthetic polymer coating that outperforms traditional wax — with UV protection, hydrophobic water beading, and enhanced gloss. It's applied as the finishing step on every detail, and is also available as a standalone application.
A car wash rinses the exterior. A full detail is a deep clean and protection of the entire vehicle — vacuuming, shampooing, and conditioning the interior, plus a hand wash, paint decontamination, and a MAXL Triphene sealant on the exterior for lasting shine and protection.
